All returns are managed by GlobalShopex. Please do not contact the store directly, they cannot process your return as it is an international purchase. All of the items that are requested to be returned must be pre-authorized by GlobalShopex. We will provide detailed instructions and a Return Authorization Number when your return is approved. The customer is responsible for the shipment back to our facility in the USA, including duties and taxes, unless other arrangements have been approved by your GSX representative
GlobalShopex respects the return policy of the online store where your items were purchased, so please take them into consideration before you begin the return process. Many of the stores we work with have restricted time limits for returns, or may not accept returns for some of their items.Orders containing logos or customized items cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances.If your return is approved, the products must be in new condition, with tags attached and be accompanied by the original GlobalShopex receipt or invoice. All returns must be sent insured via registered mail, or any other delivery service which provides a trackable shipping method and requires a signature upon delivery. Due to the time sensitive nature of the store's return policies, expedited/express shipping may be required. GlobalShopex is not responsible for any parcel that may be lost in transit while being shipped back to our facility in the US for a return. If this instance should occur, it is the shipper´s responsibility to contact the courier for assistance in resolving this matter.

If you begin the return process and request a refund, you will be reimbursed for the purchase price of the products you send, minus an 11 USD local transportation fee and any restocking fees that may be charged by the store. Your refund will not be issued until the return has been accepted and processed by the store.
Please be aware that shipping costs and duties and taxes that were paid when placing your order are non-refundable for any order sent back to us as a return/exchange or refused shipment.
If you had paid for your order using a bank transfer as your method of payment, please be aware that we will require a PayPal account to process your refund.
